about
Lara Satya | Holistic Health
Lara Satya is a lifelong student of holistic health. With a profound interest in exercise and nutrition that evolved to include a strong spiritual practice, she trained as a yoga instructor in Cusco, Peru in 2011. In 2015, she became a licensed nursing assistant, specializing in acute and long-term care. Recognizing the need for more compassionate emotional support, as well as intentional focus on preventative care and the intelligence of the human body, she embraced natural medicine in 2017.
Her experience coordinating patient care alongside naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, and chiropractors expanded her understanding of integrative approaches to health. She has completed further training in restorative yoga at Trilogy Sanctuary in San Diego, received holistic nutrition certification through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA), and earned certification in colon therapy.
Lara utilizes nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and natural healing modalities to inspire positive personal evolution. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and deepening a relationship with gentle plant medicine and herbal traditions.
Lara feels purposed to be a supportive resource for others, helping individuals reconnect with the eternal wisdom of their bodies and rediscover their innate ability to return to balance naturally.

A healer does not heal you.
A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself.
